Best tuner or chip

i would like to get a tuner or chip for my 2006 5.9, but i dont know much about dodges. can yall tell me what the best one would be, i mainly want it for towing and MPG.. thanks

i liked my edge that i had. great with towing and had all the gauges built in, and some safety features such as trans slip defuel.

2003 quad cab 4x4 / 4inch strait pipe / volant cold air with "custom" air scoop / banks hi-ram / banks big head wastegate / pyro/boost/trans pillar /TC Lockup Switch / Smarty Quad stack

Wow, your going to get a lot of mixed reviews about this question and a lot of different answers.

I have a Bullydog Triple Dog, PERSONALLY i wouldn't trade it for anything else.

A lot of guys like the Smarty, others the Edge, and some the Bullydog.

My advice to you is to make a spreadsheet using excel and list what each does that way you have a side by side comparison of each. This is what i did and this is what helped me make my decision.

well the reason i recommended edge was because of towing. my smarty just wants to tear my tranny apart even on 30hp sometimes. if you want to haul some a$$ my vote goes to smarty or ppe. not that edge doesn't do a sufficient job. edge will get goin, especially on lvl 5. plus with the edge you dont have to spend the extra money on gauges.
