Question 5.9 Injectors

I'm trying to run down some info on the 04.5-06 injectors. Was/is there a problem with the internals failing prematurely? I'm having 60hp nozzles installed at the same time as the 188/220 Hamilton cam and the word I'm getting is to have the injectors tested. Don't just swap nozzles I've searched but evidently not deep enough. I'd appreciate some input and have about 10 days before she goes into the shop.

Thanks,
