Pic's of APPS relocation bracket and filter

i am wanting to add a 2mic filter to my truck and would like to put it under the intake horn. does anyone have pics of the APPS relocation bracket with a aftermarket filter on there truck? how hard is it to move the APPS? how much room does it make for a filter?

Thanks,

do you have to make any adjustments to the throttle cable if you relocate it?

I've struggled to get any info on this as well. I keep putting off installing mine because the apps bracket just seems like a pain. Especially when no one seems to have any pics or answers for it, I've contacted Shane with no luck as well

I've seen a post somewhere that someone made their own bracket. I'll try and find it. In the mean time, on GDP's website, they have a picture of it attached to the engine to give you an idea. Granted, it's not in the truck, but it does show it.

i talked to rich at GDP and i really like his filter kit. i like it better b/c i do not like the idea of Moving the APPS. his just uses the stock bolt holes that hold the APPS to mount the filter adaptor. he sent me some pictures of it mounted in a truck but i do not know how to post them. if i can email them to someone maybe they can post it up for every one. it looks like a nice kit.

I didn't use a relocation bracket I had a filter bracket made that bolts to the apps itself using longer bolts. It's a little tight but it works just fine.
