has anyone ever done that DIY CP3 mod from the thread here on CF?

i guess if i had an extra CP3 i might try it but id be scared id fubar something

ok found it..........i was wrong it is not the Arson III kit its a Level 2 Avenger CP3 that increases 18%

with that being said does anyone know what % of increase the A III does give? if the BOP gives 15%..........

Go with Wicked. If you decide to upgrade later Shane will figure that into the cost of the upgrade bringing down the price of the pump. I asked II if they did what Shane does with lowering the price when upgrading to a better pump and they pretty much laughed in my face. Shane is number one for parts and customer service!

Flow percentages are a joke, horsepower is real information you can use.

The Avenger is an increased displacement upgrade, the 18% is the amount of that increase. This is not to be confused with flow increase.

I talked to wally at FTE and he can get floor it kits would this be better then then the arson3 or about the same?

The Arson III will outflow the Bag of Parts

I just had Shane upgrade my cp3 with the Arson III to a stage III and the upgrade fee was WAY less than I expected w/ an incredibly quick turnaround

I recently installed the Arson III and I can verify that it is as advertised, I have more solid top end and the mileage is more consistent.

Arson kits, imitated but never duplicated, even if they do I will just raise the bar again, and again.

If anyone knew what II's "bag of parts" really means, they would never buy them. The bag of parts is what they called my Arson kit, while they were making fun of it.

So "bag of parts" really means Wicked Diesels Arson CP3 kit. Ironic huh!

what is the biggest injector you can run with the arson 3?

Depends upon the condition of the CP3, the condition of the injectors themselves and also the programming. On a very good setup 120's, on average 90's work the best.

along those lines if I were looking for some good towing improvment 12K 5er RV, and best MPG the rest of the time.

what injectors would be good for say a smarty jr and Arson III?
