Smarty level 7 on a stock truck???
ok so I have been running my smarty on level 3 for a while now and its just not doing it for me in the bottem end. So I set it to level 7 and I have a good bit more bottem end power now but I'm concerned about concerned my trans. I would never push it on this setting because I know it would eat my trans alive. So my question is if I leave it on level 7 and just go easy on her will it dammage anything else?? my egt numbers are still ok and my trans temp numbers are good too. I'm just worried from all the talk about people smoking there transmissions.

What tune are you running, Revo or TNT? You would be ok on the revo, but I would back the TNT down untill you have the $$ for the tranny. Because your right foot WILL get heavy, and your trans won't forgive you......... Randy

I have been running my revo on #7 for about a month and have had no problems. The torque mgmt was on 3 for that time but I backed it down to 2 a few days ago. 3 was a little too touchy for my liking. With that said, I never go WOT.

Isn't tq level 0 the default? I thought level 1 was stock torque management. On a side note I only run mine on level 3 with stock torque management to save the tranny. Is anybody elses truck on level 3 smokey if you get on it from a roll or stop. I know it's expected but my 07 is nothing like my 03 was all be it the 03 was a six speed and set on level 7. Needless to say I love my smarty.
