Quadzilla Boost Fooler

I'm looking to possibly buying a Quadzilla Boost Fooler, Is it worth it? I'm also looking at cfm+ intake. Looking for a little more HP. I'm also looking for some way to change the shift points of my tranny any ideas. Thanks for any help.

Boost foolers are great with or without a programmer. I have the Smarty S06 with the Beta 4.2 program and am seeing 45+ psi on the stock turbo. I know you are only pushing air through and not gaining much when a stocker is doin that much, but it feels better with the fooler than without it. As for the intake, they are pretty much all the same and wont help you much unless you are running big HP. I have an aftermarket upper intake on mine and it helps spool faster, but I didnt feel any performance gain with it.

Get the Boost Fooler...
Save your self some $$ on an Intake horn, get a Pusher, a Byrd's or make your own...

do not worry about the cfm+ it tested better than the others. the one that came apart was about three years ago and was a new installation and on a dyno when it happened. in looking at the pix most of us believe they cracked it during install and it was at high boost. the quad boost fooler works good. redrocket08 you did every thing to your intake you could to hurt it. replace the ring and the baffles next throw the airaid junk in the trash and go back to stock. hopefully you did not run it to long and only reduced engine life by a few hundred thousand miles

Why do you sat that he is hurting the engine with the Baffles out and the ring gone? Is there proof of this hurting the motor? I sure would like to know so I can put it all back in. So many people on here are removing this stuff?? What gives.

ya i am a little confused about it too. alot of ppl are doing it. and my 97 has it all off and has over 400k on it.. dont you get the same effect with a cold air box? its straight through from the box too.
