As the drive progresses so does your pressure. (according to the gauge) If I put my steering wheel up or down it changes, it doesn't return to to zero unless you totally remove power from it. I just use it to check my pressure once in a while. I did not do my research before buying.

I forget what exactly it is but it is normal for gauges of that type to not return to zero.

If I have 6k psi at idle and i shut it down it will read 12k psi at idle next time when i start up. It keeps adding like that until I'm at 25k at idle.

It is too much of a coincidence that when I remove power from the gauge it works for a while. I have read alot of posts about the same problem.

iv herd few negative feedback about the Dipricol gauges. I ended up finding a used/new set of isspro ev2's that im really happy with, and they match the factory gauges pretty well.

I will admit that I have had a problem with my dipricols once but it seems to have been a one time fluke occurrence. I haven't read anything bad about the RP gauge though

Mine does the samething Magic Smoke, some times it will read low too, sometimes it says i'm at 3k for idle, the longer you drive the truck the worse it gets.

the gauge is suppose to be on a switch source so it resets every key cycle
