Hahaha good one, I opened the door tonight going down the interstate and had mike stand on it, with the door open right there by the BHAF you can REALLY hear it, he was like "is that what this thing sounds like? no wonder people look over when I go by." LOL

And tonight, a nice looking blue subaru impreza with 4 guys in it is going down I480 and we roll past it, I look over, they look over, we drift ahead. I saw a bunch of the guys moving around in there, and when they were like a couple car lengths back, I saw them come back up in the mirror, I put the comp on 5 and told mike to hit it, puffed some smoke at em, they rolled up, I looked over and the dudes in the back were giving me thumbs up, I nodded and waved my hand and smiled, then mike put it to the floor, all the way up to about 110 and had to let off because the thing was gonna melt down, I watched as the egt needle went all the way over (1500* pyro) and was there for maybe 2 seconds and I told him to let off, so he did and we coasted down and brought the egt's back down to 650*.

If we would have had a larger turbo, or maybe a new air filter(this one has over 10K on it, I think we need to invest in the big nano, we could have stayed in it even farther. Water meth would be nice too

Gotta plumb this pvc in somehow, make this thing roar even more.

If you look on the Amsoil website of ask Duluth, you can get dimensions for the Nano's...just measure your airaid and see which one measures the closest. I had an airaid on my 2nd gen and it seems to me the 4510 would be a direct fit....then again, the Airaid was offset so IDK...

Yes that would probably be a good idea for EGTs but its not necessary:thumbsup

I am about 100% confident that it will fail a inspection without a Catalytic Convertor in the exhaust but that is just my opinion:thumbsup

I see the Silent Might muffler talked about a lot on the TDR board. Here's a link or two:
Unusual Performance Stuff - Page 2 - TDR Roundtable
Rokk Tech Silent Might Installed! - TDR Roundtable
Quiet, but good flowing exhaust - TDR Roundtable
Rokktech silent might gets A+++ - TDR Roundtable
Some bad news, the silent might is out of stock right now. Their website says this. It also has sound clips of various situations of accellarating, etc.Performance items
Hope that answers your exhaust question

My apologies - it was 06 Mega Cab's design on the 4" intake. Just proves how valueable this site is to all cummins owners. Really looking forward to more! :thumbsup
