What kind of oil do you use in Diesel???

What kind of oil do you use in your Cummings Diesel??? I have always used rotella T 10-40 in my powerstrokes, but wanted to know what yall use since I moved from the dark side.

Also, where is the best place to buy oil filters?

How often do you change your oil? Do you ever use synthetics???

Hey, take that offending G out of Cummins. LOL

I run AMSOIL Synthetics in everything. Even the lawn mower gets it.

I run Rotella 15-40, get my Fleetguard filters from Geno's, and change my oil every 5k.
Alot of people use synthetic--personal choice.

I have been running Mobil Delvac 1300, 15w-40 since new. When I hit 20k miles, I am switching to synthetic. I am going to use Schaeffer's Premium 9000, 5w-40 synthetic oil.

Good choice on the Schaeffer's. Been well known to have some of the better used oil analysis results.
