Did a little research for ya and came up with this:

The gauge will display a combination of any four parameters with over 20 different ones to choose from depending on your vehicle. These gauges are all displayed at the same time on an easy to read digital display.

• Instant Fuel Economy
• Average Fuel Economy
• Wasted Energy (accel and decel)
• OEM EGT 1
• OEM EGT 2
• Boost Pressure (PSI)
• Speed in MPH or KPH
• RPM (engine speed)
• Coolant Temp
• Timing Position in Degrees
• Throttle Position in percent
• Air Intake Temperature
• Mass Air Flow (grams/sec)
• Barometer
• Battery Voltage
• Load

Got this info from the bullydog site

WatchDog™ Economy Monitor - 40400, 40402 - Gauge monitor with a Driving Coach to maximize fuel economy

the pyro is separate and its expensive... $150 or so. Its also limited on boost pressures to what the map sensor can read. I have read on here that a couple people have returned theirs because it wasnt as good as they were hoping. Good thing is, Bullydog does have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee or something like that allowing you to return it.
