i got it from the webpage listed on the first page of this thread. I had to download a .rar extractor...i used rarfrog or something like that..just search for it. its free. basically make a folder on your computer, save the tune you want and extract it with the program i mentioned. you will end up with an output file, a constr file, and a full memory uploader file. i loaded bully dog version 2.4.1 onto my downloader first. next do the same thing with the 2.4.1 file(extract if needed to view the three files in the folder). copy the 2.4.1 full memory uploader into the desired tune file overtop of the one in the tune you chose and the file is set up. dont over-write either of the other two parts of the file...they contain the actual tune. from there make sure the computer has recognized your downloader..it should have. if i remember right, to load the tune to the downloader you have to double click on the full memory uploader icon in the folder and there should be a button to upload. i have the instructions for this part saved somewhere if this is not correct..ill have to check. anyway i hope this helps if you havent already gotten it taken care of. this is only how i did it and it worked for me so user beware.

i have a buddy that found out from someone a way to do it by letting a bully dog endorsed tune load to exactly 30% and unplugging the downloader and then plugging it back in and copying the desired tune into the upload program. i have no idea how they did it but that also worked.

Yes you have to go back to stock before any updating

I heard of others having similar problems, have you returned everything to stock....tune/tire size/etc... (tire size doesn't get turned back to stock automatically when retuning the tune to stock. Try loading the 2.4.1 file and then load the CL file you want after that...just a thought.
