It all depends on your style.
I live out here in the west where clean and sharp is in. Its easy to style a truck like that. All you have to do is pick up any issue of any new HD truck magazine.
If I had your truck the first thing that would greatly improve the look would be a full detail job and possablky some wet sanding. You need to take care of your paint especially red which as you can see is more prone to fading and oxidation and needs to be detailed (3 step cleaner, wax, polish) 4 times a year if you have red or dark colors. Your truck will look as good as new. Honestly, go to a place that knows their $hit not your local car was but a real detail place.
Well if your into the new school clean look then you should keep it mono chromatic and dont put black fender flares on a red truck, or hang big uguly bumpers off it. Also try to avoid the 90's style of buying lots of accesories at Kragen or auto zone. Chrome tail light guards, black fender flares and KC lights are OUT.
So going back to if I owned your truck after the full detail to bring back that shinny red I would go with a Sport grill painted to match of course. There cheap and you could always leave your bumper like it is since it already half red and going a full sport bumper will run you over $500 painted. I'd also take off any additional chepo plastic/rubber trim but leave the "3500 and C" logos. I wouldnt put fender flares if your still running stock wheels and tires, it wont look right, but if you decide to upgrade your rims/tires then a nice set of slim clean flares like the ATS and then paint them to match in RED would look nice.
Next step you need to consider some different rims. Thoes stockers are ugly and need something better. Its hard to find good looking dulley rims especially if you dont like the typical 90's style Alcoa's. Look harder there better out there to fit the look of your new look. You could run a leveling spacer and Bilstien shocks for on the cheap and it will give you and honest 2" in the front and give you a huge improvment in ride and add a set of air bags in the rear to keep it leveled under a load.
Ok now its time for the small stuff. Throw thoes factory yellow cab and marker lights in the garbage and get a full set of Clear or Smoke cab lights. I would sway more twards clear since your truck isnt going for the smoke look. Upgrade the headlights to HID's and go superwhite in the fogs. Also throw the chrome bug guard in the swap meet pile and loose the front plate.
This of course is only one type of stlye and there are alot of styles still out there like the 90's chrome bolt on look or the 90's style with bolt on hood scoops and what not.
Good luck and sorry if I offended some of you 90's or Auto Zone stylers out there.
There's litterely ten's of thousands of modern truck pics out there. Go search for them and find a look you want to go with.
