Talking Exhaust size?

I have a stock 2004 2500 and i was wondering if its better if I get a 4 inch or 5 inch exhaust system. And what brand is the best for the money.

if im not mistaken, it already has a 4" exhaust. i just got an expandit 5" TBE and it sounds great, and was alot cheaper than other name brands.

The 03/04 will be 3.5" from the turbo to the muffler, then 4'' from there.

I have an MBRP 5" straight pipe exhaust, no muffler or catalytic converter and I love it!

I got a deal on ebay on a 5". It was 345 shipped it is really nice. No cat of muffler. Its REALLY loud. Fit perfect.

you can get good deals on exhaust from james at rollin smoke diesel. hes sellin 4" tbe (straight pipe)for $249 shipped to your door or 5" tbe (straight pipe) shipped to your door for $279. good deal if ya ask me. i just bought the 5" myself.

04.5 have 4in from downpipe on, i have stock exhaust with no cat and aeroturbine 4040xl
i love it alot! also a 6in tip
