The Holley is a pusher pump. So it needs to be back by the fuel tank. The picture makes it look low but is flush maybe a tad higher then the frame.....

My stock pump is still inline and working also. The Holley Blue is being used as a pusher pump to my stock lift pump. The flow rate for the Holley is 110ghp at 14psi. I built a Cat-2 fuel filter system for my truck and wanted a little extra fuel psi. I went with the Holley Blue because it only cost $99.00 compared to other fuel pumps that run $300.00 plus. Now I'm running at 22 psi at idle compared to the 8 psi the stock lift pump was pushing.....

Oh Yes! The truck starts better. It runs better, idles smother. When you step on it, it moves. There is no lag no slow wind up.
My Butt Dino can feels the difference. I wish I would of done this sooner.
I believe the mpg is better from what I can tell around town, but haven't been on a trip to check it for sure.

The regulator came with the Holley but I did not install it. I'm running 22 psi with both pumps. 22psi should not hurt a thing compared to what the other after market pumps are doing.
