After reading all of the posts in this tread, it is apparent there is a quality control issue in production of some sorts. Is there a QC team in place to address issues like these mentioned here? I applaude you for posting your feedback here and truely hope these issues I've read about can get resolved. The bigger picture however is what happens in the future with the next 25, 50 or even 100 that buy the transmissions from ATS. A long term solution is a better way to deal with this I think... fix the issues at hand, then work to make sure it doesnt happen in the future.
Once again your feedback is greatly appreciated...

Most every issue that has been spoken of here in this thread has been addressed. QC has grown leaps and bounds. We finally have the triple turbo cummins tranny dyno up and running with all the transmission electronics so we can test solenoids, sensors and make sure the tranny's are running completely code free under high torque load and lockup before it ever leaves our door. Also the increased staff that we've brought on board will help insure you get the product and service you deserve.
Little problems with manufacturing are always going to be there, anyone that says any different is a liar or a fool. All you can do is help minimize the chance of something going wrong, and catching the stuff that is wrong before it leaves. Will we ever be able to catch everything?? well the answer is probably no, but that won't stop us from trying! :thumbsup
But I promise you that if you give me an honest chance to fix something, I will do everything I can to get it fixed.
So once again, I hope that anyone that still has unresolved issue's contact me for help getting them fixed.
Untill then................Happy hotrodding
Cheers,
Wade

coming form an engineering/mfg environment, I couldnt agree with you more... you do your best to catch what you can before it leaves the building, if a failure is repetative, look for corrective action. Determine if it's a design issue, assembly issue or some other process issue and go from there.
I just got back from out of town and was catching up on this thread.
I don't know if you remember me or not, but I was the poor unsuspecting victim with the silver 05 dodge. Me and my bro in law were big fans of your video on the D-Max forum (Still watch it!!)
Anyway, I'm not really sure at this point what, if anything you can do for me. I had an interesting conversation with Clint and Mike that really didn't get me too far, I'm not sure if it was all the F-Bombs that kept comming my way, or the fact that I was still 20K worth of pissed off to care what they had to say.
All I wanna do is go fast, that's all I asked for from the begining. I've got my dodge back in line with where it should've been after 20K worth of ATS love, running 12.48's on fuel only and lots more to come. I don't know that ATS really has anything to offer me for the dodge. But as I said before I'm impressed with what ATS has to offer for the D-Max, and it just so happens that I have an up and comming D-Max that I plan on taking to new heights (Must of watched your video one too many times!).
So here's your chance Wade, I got 20K worth of ATS parts sitting on my garage floor and a stock D-Max. let me know what, or if ATS plans on doing to help me out.

Hey there John,
I'm glad that you willing to give us the chance to make this right, there are probably too many things to talk about here on the forum, I'm sure both our fingers would be wore out, but if you would be willing to give me a call I would be more than willing to work with you on these issue's and get them resolved, and help you get that Duramax up and running faster then that Dodge :thumbsup .
Thanks for the reply, hope to talk with ya soon!!
Cheers,
Wade

Guys I spoke to Wade tonight and I beleive that ATS is trying to do there best on trying to take care of business.
I had a problem before with ATS but was able to come up with a solution right away. I can only speak from my own experience with ATS.
My truck does have alot of there stuff and till now they have worked.
