What is the best way to gain horsepower in an 03 HO while improving MPG's

depends on how much power you want, i'd go with the edge juice with att being that it also has built in gauges.

Air in (CAI) and Air out (Exhaust) is the 1st places to start. At the start of this project after addressing those 2 issues, even the addition of power adders increased my milage, but there is also a line that can be crossed when doing so. I know, I found it. LOL

I have a smarty jr and a edge ez both on level 1. I got 24.3 mpg on a 458 mile trip last summer. That's at 70mph all the way.

I would say get a chip if all that you are looking for is mileage, and the chip, intake, exhaust work hand in hand. Highly recommend guages
