changing injector nozzles

What exactly is involved with changing injector nozzles on a common rail? I want to ugrade to DDP +50 HP nozzles and am having a hell of a time in finding a shop that is able to do it. I am being told that specialized and very expensive equipment is required to pressure test the injectors. They are telling me that they are able to replace a whole injector or CP3 with a new one but are unable to do modifications to the existing injector or CP3. I am getting the impression that it is easier to land a man on Jupiter than it is to swap injector nozzles. What gives?

Yep, same here. The more you do it, the faster it is.
