Has anyone heard about any "maintenance" with the saddle leather? Seems like everything I heard (and very little, at that) was pretty laborous. A couple folks noted that stains are not easily removed, the color wears quick and they crack if not "soaped" or treated every so often. I suppose it's the same maintenance one would use for an actual saddle, seeing as how the leather is almost, if not exactley, the same.

I was just talking to a a buddy that rides horses and he said soap it once a year and your good to do. Basically since your getting in and out of it all the time you will keep it workable and it wont get hard. And to clean it just wring out a soapy spung and then rub it down.

Would a set of srt10 seats work? Seems like they would be a bit more supportive...wish they made a megacab version of the srt10 then I'd have a set of those seats in the 3500...

i hated the new covers when they changed the in 06! i just had katskinz put in mine in black with grey suade inserts with orange stitching and it made a hell of a difference in the way the seat sat and felt its much better than the stock and imo better than the stock dodge leather!! the katskinz come with another halfinch of foam on them so it sure did make them a hundred times better imo! and he!! i only paid 900 for hem to be made and put in, but i did know the guy that ordered them for me!!
