Yep! I put on an Amsoil BMK-11 and run HDD 5w-30 full synthetic. I got the kit from Chuck a.k.a. Duluth Diesel here onthis site. The kit, a few extras to make install easy and a case of synthetic will run ya a couple hundred or so. Here's a couple of pics. :thumbsup

Same setup as Shaggin a BMK11 here. I like the way he routed his lines much better than how I did mine though. I didn't really put much thought into that just ran them from point a to b the shortest way. Only drawback to this kit is you have to fab your own bracket unless you find somewhere to mount it where you won't need one.

The Ea By-Pass Oil Filter (EaBP) provides the best possible filtration protection against wear and oil degradation. Working in conjunction with the engine’s full-flow oil filter, the AMSOIL Ea By-Pass Filter operates by filtering oil on a “partial-flow” basis. It draws approximately 10 percent of the oil pump’s capacity at any one time and traps the extremely small, wear-causing contaminants that full-flow filters can’t remove. The AMSOIL Ea By-Pass Filter typically filters all the oil in the system several times an hour, so the engine continuously receives analytically clean oil.

Mine's the same year, but looks like it's 8 yrs old-dirt, grim. I don't do off-road. Few dirt roads-but extremely rare.
hmmm...guess I better go buy some blue towels and get a scrubbin

Oh, and to keep the theme of the thread, I like that oil bypass set up and probably will put mine in the same spot.:thumbsup
