Starting or Deep Cycle?

Probably time to replace the original batteries, and I was just wondering if the OEM's were Starting or Deep Cycle?

TIA

starting, why would you think they would put deep cycle in an automobile that draws enough amps to kill you everytime you turn the key????????

Deep cycles can be a good investment if you use them. Some of them are mixed (deep cycle and starting capabilities), plus you can drain them until they are dead, recharge and it won't hurt them, unlike starting batteries. How long did your originals last? I was honestly contemplating buying a new set because mine lasted so long, but I never got a price quote on them.

The build date in 5/04 and they are original. So, it is beyond the time for me to get new ones.
