Steering wheel???

ok so i have the imfamous hole on my steering wheel from having mine and anyone else that owned this truck before me hand resting on the top of the wheel. worn through the leather. so i tried to wrap it with electrical tape making it look like total after that went to walmart buying one of thoughs wheel covers UGH looks even worse. so now i am at a stand still. i dont know what to do? what is the way to go about this? new skin? whole steering wheel? what??? anyone know??? help...

I picked up a leather/simulated wood steering wheel cover at Pep Boys for around $20.

Wheel skins would work. Or you can get a brand new factory steering wheel for around $120 I believe and install that.
