Rough idle engine studders upon decel after bad fuel

Hi Guys
I have a 06 ram 3500 cummins i recently got fuel and within days ended up with the fuel in water light on drained the seperator and got it again so i drained it again the engine started having acceleration problem where it seemed to be starving for fuel, studdering on the decel and rough idle ...figured bad fuel so i got some diesel 911 additive and put it in got a little better so i ran the truck to empty the tank got down to almost empty and finally the fuel filter plugged so i changed the filter it started so i went and filled it with fresh fuel figuring it would straighten out ....nope same problem please help

I had the same problem with mine but I changed the fuel filter an it fixed the problem you might need to check the fuel pressure don't no it you have a programmer to do that or not it should idle around 14000 psi
