Alight so I found an 05 SLT quad cab 4x4 with 56,900 miles. It's equipped CD player, tow mirrors, factory bed liner, fog lights, 40/20/40 bench seat, new BFG all terrains and no dents and a few little scratches. They are asking 29,500 at one of my local Dodge Dealerships. I wasn't sure what these years were going for so any help would be appreciated.
i got mine in august of '06 for $32k and it only had 1900 miles

I assume this is a short bed 4x4 with diesel .with basic options such power locks tilt wheel, cruise control ,power windows,and tow pkg .trade in is around 24000 and retail is 31500. If it has more options than that of course will bring the trade in value up. hope this helps. I would try to get it somewhere in the middle around 27000 or 27500.if they want sell it they will come down if not than I would keep looking.

Wow: I feel lucky. I got mine from carmax (normally overpriced by 8-10%) for 25,900 with 45k on the clock, pristine. forged alloys, pw,pdl,power and heated tow mirrors, power driver seat, fogs, sliding& heated rear window, bedliner, electric transfer case. Carmax screwed up on the pricing; they had it listed a 2wd because it didn't have a transfer case lever or manual hubs. If you look hard enough and long enough you will find a deal. $29,500 is not a deal. What are you looking for? (color, trans, body, price, mileage) Carmax will deliver from anywhere in the usa to your local store.

that is a good deal chowder. This one is an automatic, short bed, power driver seat, heated two mirrors, rear under the seat storage rack(whatever that is called) and tow package. Its gold in color but i was looking for a white or silver. It is one of the cleanest ones i have looked at though. Thanks for the info guys. I really like this one and try to get them down to about 27,000.
The one from carmax has all of that and silver. this is my third carmax vehicle and they have never done me wrong. Drive a few befor you buy. Being you are an east coaster (I am from DC and will be back sometime this summer to stay) look in the front wheelwells for rusty parts. Pain in the Ice to work on seized bolts.

I gave 27,900 for mine and it only had 15,000 miles or so on it, but it was an idividual and not a stealership. I would offer no more than 26,000 i mean it is nearly 3 years old.
