Looking for a flat bed

so i've got a qcsb and been kicking myself for not buy a long bed instead to use around the farm but its payed for so its what i got but i'm lookin to put a flat bed on it and wanted to see what ppl liked didn't like about certain brands and also pics of what u got would be great thanks

I built my own for my 97. A lot of work.

There are a lot of good options out there and each one costs more and more than the next. Research what you truely NEED and then price based on that. I know there were a few things I had planned but sold the truck before I ever finished all of the mods I planned to the bed. If you decide you don't need sides and truely want a FLATBED it may bite you when you need to tie in a Jerry can just to go 2 miles to the gas station because otherwise it will slide off. That was my biggest peeve.

I strongly suggest a headache rack and think out the tie down situation carefully. I thought I had it figured out only to find they were perfect for one load and useless in another.

Look at a used bed because you might save a ton.

As far as brands I can't really help you there to compare. But stuff to think about: wood or metal bed, toolboxes, sides.... Just to name a few. But I'm sure you know all of that, but just some things to think about. But sorry no help with brands.
