Has anyone had a problem with their truck squeaking a lot? I washed the truck and but in a Juice box and now anytime under torque it squeaks horribly. I sprayed what I thought was most to all of the bushings with PB Blaster but it still squeaks? Any suggestions???
Thanks,
Jim

I have a 04.5 3500 dually, and have horribble suspension 'squeaks'. I have had it into the dealer for repair, and they are dumbfounded! They were considering replacing all bushings on rear, and shocks on front, but service manager has been fired, and now we are starting all over again. Not sure if it will get resolved as i have traded this truck for an 06.

When it comes to squeaks, dealers will make up all sorts of funky stuff that sounds good and cost a lot of money. Now...if your under warranty, you might be better off, however you may still have to bring it in more then once. In their defense however, squeaks are difficult to diagnose, I would suggest either run a 7" straight pipe, or crank up the tunes. But keep on checking those bushings, you might get lucky and find the right one. Maybe start with your leaf spring bushings, as you said you notice it the most when w/ a load.
I have an annoying squeek too. I sprayed all the bushings with a rubber lube to see if it was even from anything like that. It helped, but didn't get it to quite. I have been all over on this truck trying. The only thing that looks suspicious is the upper control arm on the passenger side. The bushing there has twisted and it looks like there is some metal to metal action going on. Can't get my big head in there far enough to tell though...

It is annoying but does not seem to be a concern. I think if I keep spraying bushings and get some miles on the truck it will hopefully go away. I checked Universals first thing, tight as could be. Its going to be something stupid just gotta find it.
