I am looking at some xd monsters and the offset is -12 or 18. I want some that wont stick past the fenders alot, the ones closest to stock. Which ones do I get?

I just got the HOSS, in -12. From what I read, +18 is supposed to be close to stock, after a test fit of mine on the rear, I'm thinking I should have went with that.
Mine will be sticking out quite a bit, flares are definitely in my future.
BUT, I have a long bed, so I'm fighting the limousine look, having them out there a little should make it a little stockier looking for me.
Second thing to think about is clearance, I'll admit I don't totally understand how offset effects clearance, but it seems that it gets worse the more they are out. I am going to be on 8" of lift, so I'm not foreseeing an issue.
