YET another issue with my cummins

Ok guys so Im getting pretty sick of this truck. I have a bad vibration in my truck from 80-100kms. Ive replaced tie rod ends, ball joints, ujoints. Ive replaced the 2 piece driveshaft with a one piece and nothing has stopped this vib. Thats just one issue. In the last 2 days my truck has been making a fairly loud "gurgling" sound from what I can tell its coming from the passenger side. Ive tried to lift the hood and pinpoint it under the hood but the noise from the motor is to loud to find where its coming from. Its super annoying inside the cab. Ive never heard this sound before and now it seems that its getting worse and worse everyday. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be??

Have you had the wheels and tires balanced lately?

Are you running the AC or anything when you hear the gurgling?

Ive had my wheels and tires balanced within 100 kms. And the gurgling is there whether the ac is on or off. And my ac hasnt worked all year. I didnt know if that would make that sound. I think Im out of freon. But still not sure that being out of freon would make that sound. Its getting louder and louder all the time.

Is the vibration you're feeling noticeable in the steering wheel or do you feel it more in the truck itself.

While your tires might be balanced there's a possibility you have one (or more) tires with a cord or two let go inside which causes a deformaty. Very easy way to test this, just need to get the wheel off the ground. Grab a hammer, piece of wood, anything of the sort around 12" long. Stand it up beside the tire in the middle of the tread about 1/2" away. Spin the tire slowly and watch that 1/2" gap between your tool and the tire. If it changes at all you have a deformed tire. If it's deformed bad enough it will cause some wicked vibrations.

Had all 4 tires do that on my Jetta and it was the exact same symptoms. You seem to have gone through every other possibility so this might be your fix.

The vib is in the wheel sometimes not all the time so I figured if it were my wheels then it would be in the steering wheel all the time. I noticed yesterday while I had the truck running, the farther away from the truck the easier it is to hear the sound. The closer you are the more the motor drowns the sound out. But in the cab its VERY noticable. If it were the heater core would it make the sound regardless if the heater was on or not? I cant seem to pinpont the sound. Its very hard to follow with the truck running.

I have the "gurgling" sound too coming from the passenger side. I looked under the hood and couldn't pinpoint it. AC/heater was off, coolant level fine, so I can't figure it out.

Anyone know what the problem is??

Isn't the heater core behind the passenger airbag? I think it would make the noise whether on or off? Correct me if I'm wrong
