AC/heater issues

I have read alot and searched ALOT about HVAC controls and unit problems but its not really the same issue in our ranch dually, its a 05 larmine and the HVAC comes on and off when it wants to, sometimes blows ice cold sometimess not.. or if its turned on Hi sometimes blows low sometimes hi...

I have read about the trap door but don't think this is it in this case cause it doesn't blow anywhere when on and having the issues...

we have changed the HVAC controls and still does the same.. it worked perfect for a day then back to this issue..

Any suggestions?

Short of tearing apart the whole heater box No. Did just about everything else, new controls fixed it all for a day then went right back to being f'd up. Wipers have the same issue though
