Given the width of your wheels, I don't think the 37''s will fit...

With a 6"inch lift you should beable to run 37"s no problem. Now with a smaller lift 4"inch or less you will have to stick to stock wheels or similar backspacing otherwise there will be issues on rubbing either front bumper or rear fender(plastic)

I think 37s will look much better...I'm not digging the 20x10 rims, I would like a 17x9 or 18x9.... also the truck has NO cats in it..how many cats do these trucks come stock?2007 5.9

My 06 came with 1 cat and 1 resonator. The cat is just after the downpipe (before the muffler), and the resonator is after the muffler in the tailpipe. I would guess that since your 07 is a 5.9, your (stock) exhaust would be the same. I took my cat out and changed my muffler, but left the resonator in the tailpipe.
And your truck is definitely on a 6" lift. But like rgsauger said, the width of your wheel is going to make the 37's rub. I say get you a wheel with a more stock-like offset (not stuck out so far) and you can rock the 37's! Hope this helps...
