Hi i am wanting to put toyo open country mt 37 13.5 17 under my 3 inch pro comp lift will this be duable ? i have xd series spy wheels going with it i am thinking the back spacing is stock. i want to have the tires for the wider look hard to find a 13.5 tire please give info if they will not fit i am going to try trxus sts 35 12.5 17 i heard they last long anyone have pics of this kind of set up will greatly appreciate it and any info that can help out thanks
What I've found when mounting 35"inch+ tires on 3rd generation Rams or newer is that the stock wheels(or same back spacing wheels) work best as well as no wider then 12.5"inch tires. You may get lucky and fit these 37x13.5's but they might rub on the lower air valance and/or the upper control arm at full lock. Let Us Know how the install goes and post pictures with them on there.
I'm always a fan of the mildly lifted trucks with the biggest tires you can stuff in the wheel well. It closes up the gap nicely and makes a truck look really aggressive in my option.

not all tires are created equal, and for the most part, BFG's dont measure what they say on the side wall. i know this from past trucks, and running BFG's, maybe they are closer to the specs on the side wall these days i am not sure, but my toyo MT's were bigger then my pro comp AT's. i now run 37" toyo's, which are pretty close to 37" tall, mounted on 8.5" wide rims.
i too love the look of bigger rubber, and less lift.
