A slight knock when driving through turns

I just changed my ball joints a couple months ago and when i'm pulling through corners i feel a slight clunk or knock. Its more of an anoiance than any thing and my truck s side to side when driving at higher speeds. I'm in need of new tires soon, could that be the problem?

I would venture to guess you should look at your knuckle joints on the front axle. Just my two pennies...
