Best Tailgate Lock for 06?

I just got home with my first Dodge, and first diesel. Good truck.

I am putting a lockable tonneau cover on my 2006 RAM CTD, and noticed that the tailgate itself does not lock, like it did on my Ford Harley-Davidson F150. The electric lock that wires into the driver door lock looks like it could be broken with a good rip on the tailgate, so I was thinking I could simply replace the tailgate handle with a lockable one, does anyone make a good quality unit?
