Question 2005 Ram 2500 CTD Quad Cab Passenger Front Power Window

Alright so I have a problem with the passenger side front power window in my 05 2500. When I begin to roll it down (using either sides switch) it starts fine then when it gets down 1 1/2 - 2 inches it slowes to almost a stop... I had this checked out my my mechanic he said that the track seems fine and the motor tested fine so I have no clue what the F is going on... Any idea guys?

Did he look at were the window attaches to the actuator? My father in-law's truck is a 06 and has the same problem, and the one side of the bottom of the glass is broken.
