Changing rear brakes?

I've done plenty of fronts with no problems....never done rear on these trucks. What all is involved on these? Any tips or tricks I need to know about!! Thanks guys & gals!!

06 MC 2500 4WD SRW. Muff delete....the silencer ring will end up MIA...custom air intake using a AMSoil filter....more to come!

If you are just changing pads, it is the same as the front...

Yep, I just did the front and rear brakes......the rear is the same

If you are pulling the rotor, be sure your E-brake is released : doh:

The one thing you could run into is that the parking brake shoes may still be a tad tight even with the brake released, you may have to back out the star adjuster on it.

The rears on our trucks are like a combination disk/drum. The disk is on your brake pedal, the drum is on the parking brake pedal.
