They are not easy to find and when you DO find one they are pretty expensive. I looked for over a year before finally just buying a kit and replacing my cloth myself with leather. It was a lot of work but really was not that hard. If you don't want to bother with that then keep checking E-Bay. They turn up in the classifieds here on occasion too...

You can also look at Katskins, you take the old covers off and put new leather ones on, you can re=build the foam with the old covers off, guys on lots of forums seem to do this with really good results, they have lots of different colors and designs.

That's what I did only mine were a different brand. The center console is the hardest part. The worst part is cutting any holes for things like the headrests or lumbar knob. If you don't get it right then you are screwed.....

What brand did you buy? And from where?

my buddy had Katzkins installed for around 700. He loves them and I think they look awesome. His only complaint was the leather where your back is never fully unrinkled, but i think they look great. Most truck accessory places or window tint shops offer this. Oh yeah my seat does the same thing on the outside edge of the drivers seat.
I have a hard time believing he got a full set of Katzkins installed for $700 when they cost that much, if not more, just for the covers themselves. Mine are Roadwire covers and I got them on E-Bay really cheap because the shop selling them had ordered the wrong shade for their customer. I was quoted $250-$350 for installation so I did it myself. My total outlay was less than $450

Anyone know of an OEM-style leather seat supplier that will give a proportionately-lower price for just, say, my driver's seat bottom section? That's really the only place that needs help on my truck.

Depending on what ya mean by destroyed. If ya got like burn holes, cuts, rips from cigs there is a way to repair them, the company dent wizard could actually repair them. If not there are car upholstry shops that can reskin one seat.
