Water in Taillights

I noticed that my passenger side reverse light was not working. So I took the taillight out and found there was alot of water in it. I took the bulb out and it was rusted inside. put new bulb in and still not working.

Can you buy just the bulb holder board or do you have to buy the whole taillight for these trucks??

Maybe a little sand paper or a dremal tool with a stone to clean with then apply electrical grease, funny though they should be pretty water tight unless you have a cracked lens, might be able to save a few bucks...
