Steering upgrade

I think i am going to buy the 08.5 + upgrade. What my question is will a steering brace still work or not. Was going to buy at the same time but want to make sure it will fit. Oh 06 diesel 6" lift for the stats.

when you say steering brace are you referring to the steering box brace or the steering stabilizer? The steering box brace should work fine with the upgrade

Thank you no i was talking about the brace. I do no that with the upgrade means a new steering damper. The part that bolts to the pitman arm at the pitmanarm side on mine the ball joint or bushing is moving alot and kind of popping back and forth about a 1/4" when cycling the steering.

i think if your gonna upgrade steering parts dont waste your time with the dodge 08 and up steering i think its crap!! my freind has an 09 and the ball joint on the draglink that bolts to the pitman arm broke yesterday lucky he was just leaving the job and not doing 70 down the highway.
i went with the thuren extreme duty steering and love it! its way stronger than any steering set up you will get from dodge.. just my opinion..
