help no low beams

my cousin has an 07 dodge mega cab with no low beams anyone ever run across this problem

1999 2500 auto 4 mbrp inch exhaust, intake, edge comp box,bd stealth cover, raptor 100 1/2in lines, 8ft hiniker plow, fully built trans by the old man with billet tripple disc from pro torque and a whole load of goodies from sun coast and transgo , reading utility cap.

first off make sure its not the lights, if its not your truck you never know if your cousin had a light out for a wile and never noticed then the other side went out , i say this because my brother has had this happen not once but twice, and if all is good then check the fuses under the hood to see if they are good and have power to them and if there is nothing there look at the switch inside if there is power coming in and out

i had the same problem and both of my low beams on my bulbs were blown. it could also be the switch inside.

i checked everything with a power probe the bulbs are good we changed them just to be safe we have jucie to the switch all fuses are good but my all data through my shop said the head lights run through the pcm what do i do

The headlights are controlled through the TIPM on the 07. Does he get the lamp out indicator or just no lights at all?

we found out today it was the cluster went bad i had a buddy from chrysler come to my shop and he knew what it was right away. thank you for all the help i appreciate it im going to get the exact reason why and post it
