05 Steering wheel

Hey yall, dumb question here.

I'm looking at a 05 Dually to replace my 06 SRW. It's a Big Horn edition (if that makes any differance) and has a set of buttons on both sides of the steering wheel behind the cruise control butons....like on the back side of the steering wheel facing the dash. What are they for? I didnt wanna mess with them during the test drive. I was thinking probably for radio, channel up and down one side, volume up and down on the other side....am I right?

Here's a pic of the front of the steering wheel if if helps any

I have an 05. The left side up down controls station/cd track. The button between the up down controls radio mode. The right side up down is volume and haven't pushed the round button between them

I believe the round button in the middle is to change your source (I.E. radio cd aux...) cuz that is the infinity system.
