recon tail lights

i bought some recon tail lights for my 06 and installed them and they blink slow for about three clicks and then blink fast like i have a bulb out. recon sent me a new set to try and fix the problem and the new set does the same thing???? another question is how many leds light up when you have your turn signal on without the running lights??? mine only lights up the outer half of the lens my buddies lights up the whole lens but he has a 07??? any suggestions or help i also have checked all of my bulbs and they all are in proper working order?????

The 03-06 have a duel light system where both bulbs (in one tailight) work for park lights, the upper bulb is a signal and park, and the bottom bulb is a brake and park light. I bought a set of the Depo lights and they looked funny when i put the brakes on cause only the bottom leds lit up. Took it to dodge to have them reprogram so that both upper and lower bulb work with the brake light and not just the bottom one. Still only the top one worked for the signal light. The 07-09 have one bulb that does park, brake, signal. Try getting the tail light setup reprogramed by either the dealership or ir u have a programer it may let u do it there. Hope that may help a lil bit.

I have an 06 with recons and when I step on the brake everything lights up, turn signal the outer half of the LED's light up from top to bottom. The 07's had different hook up's than the 06's and this could be the diff you are seeing between the two.
