Hood latch issues

I own an 05 Dodge 2500 5.9L Truck is great minor mods, with 94,000 miles. I bought the truck new. Last week the hood poped open while driving, it has done several times since then. I contacted my local dealer, and have looked at the latch mechanism. Only to find nothing.......Anybody else had this issue???????

check and make sure that the threaded rubber adjusters on either corner aren't too far out so the hood can't latch all the way or properly? Other than that I'm not sure, but good luck!

i would have to agree with above its the only thing i can think of. i guess you could work the latch with a screwdriver and see if the cable is getting hung up?
