Electrical Problem

I thought I'd ask if anyone might have a clue. When I start my truck at idle my head lights and dash light flicker from normal brightness to a littler dimmer. About every 10 seconds it switches back and forth. Once the truck has RPM it goes away. I'm thinking either bad ground or bad alternater. Any thoughts?

If it is below 66 degrees outside the Grid heaters will cycle pulling huge amps that cause the rest of the lights to dim in the truck. Perfectly normal operation.

This can scare people if they don't know what it is. If you watch it, it will stop once you hit 20mph.

You'll also notice your voltmeter is a lot lower until this happens as well (hence the dimming of the lights)
