Change out the thermostat. Sounds like it's partially stuck open.

Dodge has put a thermostat, reflash and flushed out the heater core. Today they put in a new water pump and stated they need to put in a new thermostat which will be in tomorrow. I really don't think that will fix it either. They said that they checked the blend door, so they said and found it was not the problem although I still think it is. The temperature gauge has always been steady and rises at a normal rate to 200*. What do you guys think it could be??

Mine moves plenty of air it is just not hot. I flushed the heater core both ways several times and this morning it put out good heat for about 20 miles then back to barely warm again. It is back to the dealer now.

I'm probably stating the obvious but something is wrong with your heater. My 06 gets so hot inside it will make you sweat. Even when it is 25 outside.
Is your AC on all the time like it's stuck in defrost mode?
