Both links look a little rough. The top bolts look loose and one has a torn boot. I'd consider replacing both. They are called sway bar links

I had a 2" lift on mine and my sway bar lings ended up looking like yours. I went to Gen's Garage (a vendor on this site) and ordered mine. They are called MAXX LINKS SWAY BAR LINKS, around $90 & install easy.

Had to sell the '06, too many transmission problems. Apparently 1600 ft/lbs of torque was too much for an automatic!

Yes they should be straight... Do you ahve a lift or a leveling kit? when I leveled my truck within 20mile both bent, I replaced them with a set from Lorenz, but there are alot of companies that make upgraded Sway bar end links,..
