Camper Shell Q's

I am looking for a Camper shell for my 2007. I am finding many that are for Short Bed Trucks, and a few for Gen 2 Dodge Short Beds. Will a Gen 2 Top fit a Gen 3 Bed?

Also will pretty much any SB cover fit a dodge SB? I found a few for fords, and chevys but not finding any for Dodges

When I was looking for one I was told that the 2nd and 3rd Gens are slightly different, but I may be misguided.

Chevy beds are 69.3 inside bed length and Dodges are 76.3.

They are slightly different but it will fit OK. I took the cap off my 98 LB and put it on my 03 LB. The 3rd gen is slightly shorter so you have to get the cap set on there just right. It looked fine though....
