Same truck as yours. Stock on the interstate (cruise set at 70 mph) on the mainland from Butte, MT to Seattle, I got 19.9. Here in Hawaii with the Smarty Jr, mostly town and short (8-10 mile) highway (70 mph) runs, I've gotten as good as 18.4, but cosistantly get 16-17. I don't have any towing numbers for you yet with mine, but dad's 01 get's 9-10 pulling 20k+ on the highway.

I have a 2007 Ram 2500, 37000 miles, 3.73 gears, 4wd, and I was getting 12-13 around town. I added a Quadzilla 65HP XZT-2 Chip and town mileage went up to a steady 13 untill I got out of skinny pedal. Once I got used to the extra HP I am now getting 15-16 town miles.
My longest trip unloaded since I bought it was 81 miles to Springfield and I got 18-19 MPG highway miles (after Chip)
I towed my XJ about 65 miles to Flat Nasty I got about 13 MPG but this was pre-chip
Prior to this truck I had a 2001 3500, 110000 miles, 3.55 gears, 2wd. Town miles on this truck was about 16-18 empty and 14-16 Loaded with a TJ. Highway miles on this truck were 18-20 empty and 15-17 loaded.

Have everything in the sig. With the smarty Revo set to 9 Timing on 4 RP on default keeping the speed right around 70MPH and the RPM's at 1900 from KC to Norfolk Nebraska and back I got 23.25MPG hand calculated. Truck has 92K on the odometer. I get between 19-20MPG in town. Truck is a 6 speed I dont drive it hard and hit high gear early.

My wifes stock 2005 with Superchips MileageXS program got 21.4 hand calculated between F'burg, VA an Raleigh, NC last weekend. It's about 500 miles roundtrip and fairly flat. I'm not complaining about that in a one ton, 4 door, 4x4 with 295/75/17 tires.

With tuner in tow mode @ 70mph (right at 2k) I get 21-22mph
"" "" in Mileage Max @ 70mph I get 19-20mph (go figure)
No tuner @ 70 mph on hwy (just wife and kids) with PS additive = 22-23mph
"" "" 65 mph on hwy = 23-24
"" "" 55 mph on SR (for as long as I could go that slow) = 25+
Towing 400 12" block on with trailer at 70mph on interstate in tow mode = UGLY mileage (9-10mpg)
