I allso have had trouble with the compressor going out. I would like to add an electric fan between radiator and intercooler. Has any body tried that.

I think it has something to do with the blend door issue, mine will be super cold on my side and OK on her side but after driving for 1 hour to 1hour and a half it goes warm on both sides and eventually stops blowing out but makes alot of noise underneath

Just brought mine in to have it looked at. Driver side is ice cold, but passenger side is weak and useless. You need to take off the dashboard and unstick the door for that side. Anybody know where a post is to take the dashboard off is?

Sounds like your system is undercharged and freezing up.
Ice is forming and blocking the air flow.
