tire weight capacity

Is anyone running a tire with a capacitiy around 2600lbs. If I do am I asking for trouble. I dont tow much, but my truck has a gooseneck and there is always a chance someone might need a favor.

I think yer askin fer troubles there......the truck always has the potential to tow and as long as its hitched up like that ya really should have some better rated tires on it...................I think ya need to be around 3200 lbs rating

I myself run 19.5 tires rated for 6400 lbs each, I do this so its safer when I tow my hoe

Ditto, If your worried about ride quality, let some air out....I've seen many cases of blowouts from overloading conditions
