Well its definatly getting the signal to run from the ecm since the relay is hooked direct to the battery per instructions, I had heard of that tsb but found no sticker indicating it had been done on the truck.....................this all makes sense now cuz before i installed the BDDL I primed the FASS and got that all lookin good and at the time the key on made the pump run for the 5 seconds and a bump gave it the 25 seconds, then I did the BDDL and the pump runs all the time with key on so the program must be in the downloader........magic
