Check for power coming out of the stock harness. Make sure you are not getting a signal from the ECM. If no power, check the relay and make sure its not stuck. That can happen every once and a while. You can check it with a relay out of the fuse box. If you are getting power from the ECM when the key is cracked.....you might have issues beyond what i can help you with!! haha....

This is a weird one......but i would think that the relay is stuck on...that is my guess right now......

EDIT.....DUAH...if the relay stuck....it would run all the time........haha...next day after some sleep....
